MOBILE HOME Superior
Our Superior mobile home can accommodate up to 5 people and has air conditioning. Inside you will find a double bedroom with a French bed, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds. The fifth person can sleep in the dinette located in the living room. Also in the living room you will find the table with a kitchen equipped with the necessary dishes and crockery. Externally there will be another table. The mobile home will be equipped with professionally treated bed linen from an industrial laundry. Towels are not included but we can supply them for € 5 per person. For the use of the pool we require the use of a head cap

GENERAL INFORMATIONS
- All the mobile homes have electricity, hot water and a private bathroom
- All the mobile homes have a furnished kitchen with a fridge.
- At your arrive you will find bed sheets from a professional loundry.
- Towels are not included but you can hire them for 5€ per person
- All the mobile homes are NO SMOKING
- Animals are not allowed
- At your arrival we will request a 100€ deposit
- Mandatory final cleaning fees: 40,00€ for every mobile home
- It is mandatory to clean the kitchen otherwise we might request a 10,00€ extra charge
- Check-in is available starting from 04,00 p.n. till 11:00 p.m.
- Check-out is available between 08:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. *
- It is not possible to enter or to exit by car between 11:00 p.m. and 08:00 a.m.*
- Any changes can still be arranged with the Management where possible

BOOKING POLICIES
- The payment of the deposit has to be 50% of the total amount and the rest upon the arrival
- The Booking confirmation is completed only when we receive the deposit requested.
- Free cancellation 14 before the arrival. After that there is no refund
- If the guest arrive days after the check-in or has to leave days before the check-out there is no refund
- The booking confirmation by paying the deposit is an automatic confirmation of these rules
Rates
The following tables list the indications of the rates applied for the various items of the campsite. Next to each section you can consult the calendar to check the type of rate for the period you want.
The following rates do not include the tourist tax that will be applied upon your arrival according to the current municipal law, which you can find in detail on the "website of the Municipality of Rapallo"
